What do we envisage when we wish each other a prosperous New Year?  How can we make it happen for people in our region? The South West Observatory’s 7th Annual Conference will bring together a broad range of expertise to consider how distinct notions of prosperity are correlated, how to articulate and measure a common understanding of prosperity, and how to bring it about.

The South West Observatory is the region’s data and intelligence network, working to inform policy and decision making through the exchange of ideas beyond thematic and spatial boundaries. With a combination of presentations and 'question time' style debate, the conference will give delegates the opportunity to understand and explore the interrelationship of public policy objectives.
